The Regent Bal Harbour features 3,700 square feet of conference and banquet space offering capacities from 15 to 110 people for meetings and receptions. Perfectly adaptable for board meetings, cocktails and gala dinners, this area also features two large pre-function spaces (1,380 sq ft) for coffee breaks.

Highly-trained staff will provide a diverse selection of customized menus and refreshments in order to meet the most specific expectations of our guests. The Regent Bal Harbour will also feature all technologies in each conference and banquet room in order to ensure the success of the most important meeting.

Based on the same Mediterranean influences present throughout the menus of 1 Bleu, The Regent Bal Harbour’s banquet and catering program offers an extensive array of Mediterranean dishes as well as traditional favorites. Our staff is expertly trained in “French style” service on silver. Cocktail receptions take a departure from the ordinary with fresh foods, tartars, Hors d’oeuvres, chef interactive cooking displays, crustacean raw bar, and Illy coffee and tea service from a rolling Gueridon with a complete array of accompaniments.
